I have been working on Mace geneology here in Va. USA<and the other day I punched in Francis Mace, Petersburg, Va.about 1650 and Richer Chateau came up in Normandy, I was not surprised knowing Mace to b a Normandy name but now I am wondering if they lived in Canada before Va. I do have connections with East India Company and Captain Mace and Little Mina which did sail to Canada? Do u know anything else? WAS the Gagons born Mace?
